The Junges Hotel Salzburg-Aigen lies centrally, yet serenely. The youth hostel offers family-friendly accommodation at a reasonable price for an eventful summer holiday in Salzburg.
Class trip, weekend holiday, family holiday or short holiday: our youth hostel is an excellent starting point from which to explore the best sides of Salzburg. Benefit from our excellent location! Just 15 minutes on foot separate you from the inner city. You will, however, reside in the middle of nature in the idyllic south of the state capital Salzburg.

For a good start to the day: enjoy our well-stocked, free breakfast buffet with rolls and many other specialities in the dining room!
Full board or half-board for groups
For groups of ten people or more we offer lunch and/or dinner from our kitchen specialising in traditional cuisine. Please book these meals in advance.
Leisure activites
We offer a TV and common room, a park with lots of trees to relax and stroll, table tennis, table-top football and a small library on the first floor of the building. You can borrow board games at reception.
Bike-friendly house
Cyclists are most welcome. Use our covered outdoor bike racks! On request, you can store your bicycle in a lockable garage.
Rental bikes
We offer rental bikes at reasonable rates. Explore bicycle-friendly Salzburg with its dense network of bike lanes!
Luggage storage
We do not have a separate luggage room, but will gladly store your luggage at reception for a few hours. Luggage is stored at the owner’s risk.
Internet / Wifi
In the reception area and the lobby we offer Wifi access for a reasonable rate. Wifi cannot be accessed from the rooms.
Bed linen included
We provide fresh bed linen. We ask you to put them on the beds yourselves. Towels are not included.
Laundry facilities
For a fee, you can use a washing machine and a dryer for your clothes.
Opening times
We are open throughout the year, except during the time from 24th to 27th December.

Our team will gladly answer your questions in German and English.

Close to the centre
The centre of Salzburg can easily be reached on foot after about 15 minutes walking time. Getreidegasse in the heart of the historic old town is approx. 2.5 kilometres away and can be reached within 30 minutes on foot. A bus stop is close to our hostel.
Near bus stop
A bus stop (“Rennbahnweg”) is close to our hostel. Trolley bus line 7 will take you to the old town in comfort after a short ride (bus stop “Hanuschplatz”).
Reception
Our reception team is looking forward to you: daily from 7.00 to 10.00 and from 17.00 to 23.00, in July and August to 24.00.

Culture/entertainment close-by
Our hostel is close to the „Volksgarten“ park: In summer, the Movida Beach Club will welcome you with numerous free open-air events (cinema, concerts...), beach volleyball courts and the comfortable beach chairs.
